The problem with most real estate sites
Most real estate websites are little more than online brochures with IDX bolted on. They may look fine, but they do not create a clear reason for someone to trust you, stay on the page, and reach out directly.
That leaves agents dependent on Zillow, paid leads, referrals, or social content alone. When the site itself is not doing real work, every month becomes a race to keep buying attention instead of building an asset you own.
